Ready to Ship Items- Please allow a processing time of 1-3 days. Item will be marked as *Ready to Ship in item description.
Custom Orders- Custom orders are made in the order they are received. Please go to our contact page to submit your “Custom Order”. Please give a detail description of what you would like (Color, material size, etc.). We will reply via email (buckintumbleweed@gmail.com) within 1-2 business days. **See “Custom Order” Terms and Conditions below.
Pre-Order Items: PRE-ORDER means that the product is not currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.
The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock.
Please also note, if you do place an order with multiple items and one is a pre-order item, all items are shipped together. This is because only one lot of shipping is paid at the checkout and this also prevents confusion once the pre-order stock arrives as to what has/hasn't already been sent. So we suggest placing separate orders if you'd like your other items to be shipped without delay. Production time can vary but this will be specified in the product's description. **See Pre-Order Terms and Conditions below
Made to Order Items - Wait time can vary anywhere from 1- to 3 weeks depending on the item. **See “Made to Order” Terms and Conditions below.
Made-To-Orders (Clutches) - Are currently on a 1-2 week fabrication time-frame however, they generally take 5-10 days for production.
Made-To-Orders (Cuffs) - Are currently on a 3-7 days for production.
Made-To-Orders (Key Fobs) - Are currently on a 1-3 day fabrication time-frame .
Made-To-Orders (Leather Earrings) - Are currently on a 1-3 day fabrication time-frame .
Custom Order/Made to Order/Pre-Order Terms and Conditions:
By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that custom & made to order items you are ordering are handmade that are created by our designer specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 1 to 4 weeks after your order is placed (times will vary on item. see above). Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to.
We do not accept cancellation of Pre-Orders, Custom and Made to Order Items and are final sale as they are ordered. So please take extra care when placing your order. If you receive a custom/made to order/ Pre- Order/Ready to ship item from us that is incorrect you may contact us at buckintumbleweed@gmail.com with the description of your item and your order # and “Oder Error” (example “Red Rose Cuff/ Order # 000001 Order Error) in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered. We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please DO NOT ORDER MADE TO ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOM ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. Thank you.
Rush Orders
Please e-mail us if you need more info or to place a rush on your order. Please include item description and Order # and “Rush” (Red Rose Cuff/ Order # 000001 Rush). We will try and work with you. Please keep in mind if we are backed up with orders, rush delivery may not be an option.

Buckin’ Tumbleweed is not held liable for any lost, delays and or damages that may occur during the shipping, but we will do everything we can to get your item to you as fast as possible. We will work with USPS ® to find any lost items via the shipping process. Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments may include up to $50. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available.
Buckin’ Tumbleweed has the right to refuse a custom order for any reason.

Installment Payment Plans :
We do offer installment payment plans via PAYPAL for any item or orders over $100. *Sale items not included. If you commit to purchasing an item and make a payment then later decide you do not want the item, your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. We ask for 20% down and 3 installment payment (bi weekly or monthly per customer’s request). Early payoff is available.
Ready to Ship Items -Once you have placed your first payment the item is taken out of inventory and saved for you to be shipped once full payment is made, we cannot refund any payments made. *First come first serve in the order we recieve the request.
Made to Order Items – Once you have placed your first payment, Made to Order Items are not produced until payment is made in FULL. Once full payment is made, item will be manufactured and shipped. *Please see Processing Times under “Store Policy” via https://www.buckintumbleweed.com/store-policy/ , we cannot refund any payments made.
